Mise Recipe helps you save, import, search, and edit recipes. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name and email address when you create an account.
• Anonymous installation identifiers used to create an anonymous session before you sign in.
• Recipe content you save, including titles, ingredients, instructions, notes, tags, and source details.
• Import information, such as recipe links, shared text, and processing status.
• Edit messages and edit history when you ask Mise Recipe to adjust a saved recipe.
• Basic technical information needed to run the service, such as authentication tokens, request logs, and error information.

How we use information

• To provide the app, including account access, recipe storage, search, imports, and recipe editing.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve Mise Recipe.
• To respond to support requests and account questions.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

AI and third-party services

Recipe import and editing features may use third-party services. Mise Recipe may send recipe links or extracted text to Firecrawl for webpage extraction, Apify for supported social-source extraction, and OpenRouter for recipe normalization or edit-message processing. If those providers are not configured or cannot process a source, the app may mark the import as review required or failed instead.

Recipe sources and attribution

Mise Recipe stores structured recipe facts such as ingredients, preparation steps, metadata, source URLs, and attribution. The product is not intended to copy expressive recipe prose or images from external sources unless you own or have permission to use that content.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Mise Recipe, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the app, users, or the public.

Your choices

You can contact us to request help with access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information and saved recipe content. You can also delete your account in the app from Settings. Some information may be retained if required for security, backups, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
