These Terms of Service govern your use of Mise Recipe. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Mise Recipe.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. You must provide accurate information and may not use Mise Recipe for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Your content

You keep ownership of recipes, notes, links, and other content you add to Mise Recipe. You give us permission to store, process, display, and modify that content as needed to provide the app features you use.

Recipe sources

Mise Recipe may help you save recipe information from websites, social posts, or text you provide. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to save, use, and share any content you add to the app. Public catalog recipes must be reviewed and attributed before they appear in the app.

Do not use Mise Recipe to copy expressive recipe prose, photographs, videos, or other protected content from external sources unless you own that content, have permission, or your use is otherwise allowed by law.

AI-assisted features

Some features may use automated systems to extract, normalize, or edit recipe content. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect, so you should review recipes, ingredients, allergens, cooking times, and safety information before using them.

Mise Recipe does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or food-safety advice. You are responsible for checking whether a recipe is safe and appropriate for the people who will eat it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Mise Recipe to violate another person's rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, attack the service, bypass access controls, or interfere with other users. We may remove content or suspend access if needed to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

Service changes

We may change, suspend, or stop parts of Mise Recipe as the product develops. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and limits

Mise Recipe is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
