Import troubleshooting
- For webpage imports, make sure the recipe URL is public and accessible.
- For social-source imports, private, deleted, blocked, or unavailable posts may need review or may fail.
- If an import says review required, open the source and check the saved ingredients and steps before cooking.
Share Extension troubleshooting
- Use the iOS share sheet from a webpage, public post, or selected text.
- After sharing to Mise Recipe, open the app so pending imports can be processed.
- If a source cannot be read automatically, paste the link or recipe notes on Home instead.
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Settings. You can also email [email protected] for help with access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
