Allergies and intolerances
A generated substitution or “free from” claim may overlook cross-contact, hidden ingredients, or different regional formulations. Check labels and follow qualified medical guidance.

Do not treat generated macros, therapeutic diets, or condition-specific meal advice as clinical recommendations. Mayo Clinic’s consumer guidance recommends verifying AI health information with credible sources and clinicians.
Infants, pregnancy, and vulnerable people
Age-specific choking, contamination, medication, and dietary considerations deserve current professional guidance, not a general recipe generator.
Wild plants, mushrooms, and unusual ingredients
Never use a generated identification or preparation method to decide whether an unknown item is safe to eat.
Low-risk does not mean automatically correct
An ordinary soup idea can still contain mismatched yield, missing ingredients, impossible timing, or a technique that curdles or burns. Review:
- whether every ingredient is used;
- whether the sequence is physically possible;
- whether units and temperatures are coherent;
- whether timing includes rest and preparation;
- whether the source of factual claims is identifiable.
Distinguish generation from extraction
